Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet these criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

  • Education Background Applicants must possess a Second Cycle Degree or an equivalent education credit.
  • English Proficiency : English B/6, or equivalent levels of proficiency are required.
  • Academic Field : A master of science (MSc) degree is required in mathematics, engineering physics, electrical engineering, computer science or a field closely related.
  • Research Focus : Candidates must have a keen interest in mathematical applied research relating to the future development of wireless networks.
  • Academic excellence: A high academic performance is required in subjects such as Optimization Theory or Statistical Signal Processing.

  • Conduct advanced Research on Semantic Communication, and Artificial intelligence to next-generation wireless network.
  • Collaborate With academic and industry experts at KTH and Ericsson.
  • Contribute towards the development of innovative solutions in wireless networks with an emphasis on optimizing network performance using AI and mathematical modeling.
