Eligibility Criteria
In order to qualify for Growth4Her, applicants must meet all of the following requirements.

| Ownership | Minimum 51% or a minimum of 20% women-owned businesses with a woman CEO/COO |
| Board Representation | If applicable, at least 30% of the board should be female |
| Employees | 5-300 employees |
| Annual Sales | US$35,000 to US$15,000,000 |
| Business Assets | US$100,000 to US$15,000,000 |
| Program Commitment | Attendance of a virtual/physical bootcamp lasting one week |
| Time Commitment | Mentorship for 8 weeks, 3 hours per week |
| C-level Executive Participation | Participants at the C-level must be required to attend |
