The Emile Boutmy Scholarship is named after Sciences Po’s founder and aims to attract the best international students. The scholarship provides financial assistance through sponsors and aims to cultivate a diverse student body.

Scholarship Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree: Grants ranging from EUR 6,500 to EUR 14,720 per year covering all three years.
- Master’s Degree : An annual grant of EUR13.100 for the two-year program.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must meet the following criteria to be eligible for an Emile Boutmy scholarship:
- Apply to Sciences Po the first time.
- Have citizenship from a country outside the European Union.
- Do not file tax within the European Union.
- Accepted into a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree program.
Note Applicants from Switzerland (Master’s program), Norway (Master’s program), and Quebec are not eligible, as well as those with dual EU citizenship.
